By purchasing a monthly subscription for digital services offered by 0Xcuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
- Subscription Services
0Xcuse offers digital services, including workout plans, videos, and other fitness-related content, through a monthly subscription model.
- Subscription Activation
Upon successful payment for your subscription, you will gain immediate access to our digital services.
- Pricing
The pricing for our monthly subscription services may be subject to change at our discretion. Changes in pricing will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance.
The Muscle Mastery program is available under three membership tiers:
Muscle Mastery program: $99.99/month (1-week free trial)
Gold Muscle Mastery program: $14.99/month
Platinum Muscle Mastery program: $29.99/month
- Payment Methods
We accept payment through major credit cards and other payment methods specified during the checkout process. Your payment information is secured and encrypted for your protection.
- Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate your subscription and recurs every month on the same date.
- Recurring Billing
Your subscription will be billed on a monthly basis, and the recurring payments will continue until canceled by you. You can manage your subscription and billing information in your account settings.
- Cancellation
Each membership subscription tier has its own minimum commitment period before cancellation is allowed:
Muscle Mastery program: 1 cycle commitment period
Gold Muscle Mastery program: 1 cycle commitment period
Platinum Muscle Mastery program: 1 cycle commitment period
Cancellation can be done by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions after fulfilling the minimum commitment period.
- Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for the subscription fee once it has been charged. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our customer support team within 30 days, and we will investigate the matter.
